Here, he shows us how he created some simple wall-mounted shelving using cast iron pipe and fittings. Pipe shelving is a popular way to add storage space simply and relatively inexpensively, but Ethans pipe shelves have an extra stylish twist they feature beautiful reclaimed wood. The repurposed wood is a perfect complement to the industrial-style pipe.

A draft settlement between the nation’s major banks and U.S. states over deceptive foreclosure practices has been sent to states for review.
Those who lost their homes to foreclosure are unlikely to get their homes back or benefit much financially from the $25 billion settlement. About 750,000 Americans could receive checks for about $1,800 under the deal.
But the agreement could reshape long-standing mortgage lending guidelines and make it easier for those at risk of foreclosure to restructure their loans.

I have a horrible little secret. We hoard paint cans over here as if they were going out of style.
